The Mirror Cracked is an epic eleven-part audio adventure released by Great Ending Productions. In it, a new enemy known only as "the Adversary" is hatching a plot to destroy the Inspector by rounding up his former incarnations.
The Adversary's plan is to shunt the Tenth Inspector's former selves into alternate realities prior to their metamorphoses, where they will live out their lives unaware of their future adventures. By collecting their leftover space-time energy into a weapon, she then intends to destroy the last Infinity Knight once and for all.

- To create the appearances of the First, Fourth, and Sixth Inspectors, Great Ending used audio clips from the past adventures (a decision some fans felt was in questionable taste).
