Richard Plantagenet was briefly the ruler of a small island nation off the coast of the European continent at the end of the Middle Ages. He was played by English actor Ian Holm.
Adventures with the Inspector[]
In 1483, the First Inspector examined and unofficially acquitted him against homicide charges in the deaths of his nephews, Edward V and his younger brother, Richard, Duke of York, in the serial "The Two Princes' Murder".
